What is Stress?
Stress is a word we are hearing more and more. According to the latest figures 15.4 Million workdays were lost in 2017/2018 due to stress anxiety and depression. So if you are experiencing stress you are not alone.
Stress is not just in your head it is also in your body!
Stress can originate from all different types of sources such as but not limited to:-
